We offer exchanges and do not issue refunds. To begin, select Product Return. Once we have this information, you will receive a prepaid shipping label. All items sent back to us without using our Return Portal are not accepted. Please check your order and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item so that we can make it right.

Shipping orders are processed within 3 days. We make every effor for the product to be delivered in the timeframe stated at purchase. Current shipping time, however, is averaging 2 weeks due to global supply chain issues. Look for the estimated delivery date when you first choose the product. After your order is placed you will receive a Tracking Number and notification when it has shipped.
