We issue refunds to our customers in the form of a store credit or exchange within 60 days of receiving your item. We understand that another size or color may need to be exchanged. Defective or damaged items are eliigible for a return. In order for a refund to be issued for 'Customer Remorse' (eg you purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or you no longer want the item), that product must be exchanged for a store product having an equal or greater value. To start the refund process, visit this Return page or click on 'Product Returns' on the website to complete the information. You will then receive a label for pre-paid shipping to return the product to us. Eligible returns are products that are in the same condition as was received, and done through our Return Portal.
Once your product arrives to us, we will send you an email with a store credit code. That is all you need to receive the item in the correct color or size! And you can always contact us with questions at email@example.com .
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We can then evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot, unfortunately, accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to click on "Product Returns" on our website list. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for a new item.
